Home Owners Association

The Village at Rosecrest Home Owners Association (HOA) is responsible for enforcing the rules and regulations of the community as well as maintenance and upkeep of all common areas. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Organizing administrative and management costs
  • Common area maintenance
  • Clubhouse maintenance
  • Landscaping
  • Snow removal
  • Trash, water, sewer and street lights
  • Exterior maintenance of home
  • Exterior hazard insurance of home
